I recently wrote an article defining what we consider to be a real definition of Operational Accounting Consulting.
As I have spent years consulting business of all size and shapes, I have determined the common thread within business issues.
Sure the economy is tough these days where my research into the topic as occurred over the last 10 years and includes hands-on experience with numerous businesses.
Business issues typically follow the same thread prior to their realization that something in the business has gone wrong and change must occur.
We can see it today with GM and Ford.
It is obvious. Why did Ford and GM continue to build large vehicles when competitors like Toyota focused on smaller, economical vehicles?
Simple answer. Supply and demand.
But how did their competition know we would face the issues we currently face?
